14th and 3rd.

So 14th of August came, and went.
Nothing too extravagant about it, just the way I intended :)

For the people asking on Facebook, yes it was my birth date in the Gregorian calendar.
According to the Hijri calendar, I'm well over 21 now. Almost 22 actually.
I am now... 20 by standardization.
Huh. It feels like I was just 19 yesterday.


Anywho, a special shout-out to everyone who wished me well on my birthday, May all of you be blessed with a wonderful life.

An extra special shout out for the sole person who got me my only birthday gift as of now, my very own Green Lantern watch. Thank you Hani :)

Will get it fixed soon alright? It's very much safe for now.

Oh, of course, one girl who went out of her way to actually wish me last on my birthday, Thank you Aimi :D

Memang terbaik laaa.

With the exception of last year, I actually keep my birth date hidden around the edges of July not because of the clutter of Facebook wishes contrary to popular belief, in fact I welcome that. It's a more personal matter. I am surrounded by wonderful, wonderful people. It's just the fact that I can't bring myself to be more of a friend to all of them. I can't be reminded of that fact on my birthday, how depressing would that be? Very.

My mother was one of the first to wish me and that was good enough, She actually wished me on Facebook and when I came up to my room and checked my wall posts, I just screamed "Thank you mother!! Hadiah mana?"

Spent most part of my day just sleeping and resting my bones. At night, it was the usual. Isyak, Terawih, and just hung out with the guys. None of them remembered my birthday but I don't blame them. I remember none of theirs. hahaha. The night was fun, we just went everywhere chilling.

Hmm. Would have been better with cake though. Hmm.
Remind me to get cake.
