PA2011

Oh the government introduced the public assembly bill to parliament bytheway.

I'm not sure of its full details, what I know is that one of its provisions is that you can have a peaceful assembly on a public/private property if consent is given. So, if you have a big land and you wanna gather people to oppose the ill-treatment of salamanders in the country, you can do that. Not sure about public places, though.

As usual, the government says its good, there's safeguards and the opposition says its unconstitutional. We'll see how that pans out. Of course, the bill will definitely become law. Its only a matter of time and how much does it affect the current system of peaceful assembly, which is sorta non-existant anyway.

Will comment on it more when it actually comes into force. Would really like to see the contents of this Bill. If it really is extremely unconstitutional, I'll decide on my political affiliation soon.
